By purchasing or accessing the AI Confidence Program ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.

2. Product Description

The Program is a self-paced digital learning product consisting of 14 interactive modules designed to teach users how to use modern AI assistants effectively. The Program includes:

3. Pricing and Payment

The Program is available for a one-time payment of $79 USD. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

4. Access and Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive instant access to the Program. Access is granted through a Google Sign-In authentication system. You must use a valid Google account to access the Program.

Your access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your access credentials, reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Program content.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Program for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at the email address listed on our Contact Support page.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

This refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the Program has a major failure (as defined under ACL), you are entitled to a refund regardless of the 14-day period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Program — including text, exercises, quizzes, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Gary Chen and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Program content without written permission.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, career advancement, or financial results from completing the Program. Results depend on individual effort and application.

The Program teaches how to use modern AI assistants as they exist at the time of content creation. AI products change frequently, and some features or interfaces shown may differ from the current version of any specific AI assistant.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Program is limited to the amount you paid for the Program ($79 USD).

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase the Program. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
